Refunds or replacements are available for products that arrive damaged, incorrectly labeled, or fail to meet stated purity standards. To qualify, clients must notify our support team within seven days of delivery and provide photographic or analytical evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund process without unnecessary delay.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
Due to the sensitive nature of research‑grade materials, we cannot accept returns for peptides that have been opened, used, or compromised after delivery. Exceptions may be considered only under documented laboratory error or verified shipping damage.

To initiate a return, contact our scientific support team via Telegram, WhatsApp, or Email. Our specialists will provide a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and detailed instructions for secure packaging and shipment. All returns must include the original invoice and COA to validate authenticity. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Depending on the payment method, funds may take additional time to reflect in your account.
